Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders
- Manage emails, follow ups, and reminders
- Coordinate the completion and signature of minutes from governance meeting recordings
- Provide administrative assistance with the change from Blackbaud Raisers Edge CRM to Bonterra
- Prepare PowerPoint and meeting materials for meetings
- Enter information into CRM
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- Microsoft Office
- Blackbaud
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant / Project Manager (a plus)
- Experience with nonprofits (a plus)
- Good grammar and ability to write
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 15-20 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
- Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
