Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling
- Manage travel itineraries
- Learn patterns and preferences
- Schedule flights, hotels, etc.
- Track receipts
- Manage Quickbooks
- Track receipts
- Document for taxes
- Light bookkeeping
- Manage calendar
- Maintain multiple calendars
- Block pockets of time, reschedule when double booked, etc.
- Be strategic about time management
- Manage inbox
- Manage 4 inboxes
- Utilize folders and system
- Start drafts for client to send later
- Jump in and schedule
- Manage personal tasks
- Plan parties, invitations, decor, rental, logistics, etc.
- Manage 2 homes: utilities, lawn care, housekeeping, etc.
- Buy birthday gifts
- Manage social media
- Create a content calendar
- Block writing times on calendar
- Find and save videos / content that might be relevant
- Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
- Platforms:
- Quickbooks
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Adobe
- Zoom
- Slack
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant (a plus)
- Extremely detail oriented
- Intuitively organized
- Good grammar
- High emotional intelligence
- Deadline oriented
- Self-starter
- 20-25 hours per week
- CST or EST Time Zones
