What are the responsibilities and job description for the Virtual Assistant 5 Hours per Week (IC-HR) position at Mom to Virtual Assistant?

Key Responsibilities
- Check voicemail multiple times a day and call back within appropriate time
- Send intake form via email
- Schedule clients
- Organize files in Google Drive
- Send follow up emails as needed
- Send reminders
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- Google Suite
- Knowledge / experience with a clinical psychologist (a plus)
- Bilingual, English and Spanish (a plus)
- High emotional intelligence
- Very professional
- Good grammar and ability to write
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 5 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
- Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
