Mom365 is searching for a dynamic Area Supervisor to oversee our talented team of newborn photographers across multiple hospital locations throughout the Phoenix Metro and Tucson markets.

🎯 Your Role:

As an Area Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of photographers across multiple hospital sites.
• Driving sales and photography performance, consistency, and quality in every newborn session.
• Training new photographers.
• Partnering with hospital staff and building strong on-site relationships.
• Monitoring KPIs and achieving business goals related to customer satisfaction and sales.

✅ Ideal Background:

• Photography Experience: You’ve been behind the lens—ideally in newborn, school, or studio photography.
• Sales Experience - in person, consultative sales process. 
• Leadership: Experience supervising teams, especially in multi-site environments.
