What You’ll Do

• Capture Special Moments: Create stunning newborn portraits, giving families memories to cherish for a lifetime.
• Lead a Team: Train, mentor, and inspire a group of photographers to deliver top-notch service and meet performance goals.
• Foster Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and ensure smooth operations on-site.
• Drive Results: Achieve and exceed photography sales targets while cultivating a positive and professional customer experience.
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards when working with newborns and families.

Who You Are

• You have photo studio or studio management experience, or a strong interest in leadership within the photography industry.
• You have basic to intermediate photography skills and a passion for capturing meaningful moments.
• You excel in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You’re a natural leader with proven experience in motivating and guiding teams.
• You can work independently in a hospital setting and handle moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• You have reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• You meet all health and safety requirements, including up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19 included).
