As such, we seek the best and the brightest to join our Sales Team as a Business Development Representative to continue our growth.
As a Mom365 Business Development Representative, 90% of your role will be to build a robust pipeline of qualified hospital partners using targeted prospecting and relationship-building techniques, including face-to-face, virtual, and phone contacts and presentations. In addition, you will spend 10% of your time working alongside local district managers, assessing your markets, and partnering with them to assist in your efforts. Your performance will be measured, and you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions above and beyond your salary.

- Support Mom365's value proposition
- Understand the importance and value of building a true partnership with the prospect accounts.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Mom365's products and competitive differentiators and an awareness of customer needs to maximize customer progression to the next level of the sales funnel.
- Connect with and close marketing-generated leads from our current database and achieve time-sensitive KPIs.
- Aggressively research new lead sources to build a powerful lead-generation stream.
- Be customer-centric and results-oriented, supporting Mom365 brand equity and expansion.
