Customer Service Representative – Office-Based Role (Maryland Heights, MO)
Full-Time | In-Office | $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
Are you a dependable, experienced customer service professional looking to join a stable, supportive team? Mom365, the nation’s leading newborn photography company, is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our corporate office in St. Charles, MO.
This is not a call center. This is an in-office, Monday through Sunday support role with direct communication to our field photographers and customers across the country. We’re seeking someone with prior office-based customer service experience who’s ready to make a difference—one family at a time.
What You’ll Do:
Answer and resolve incoming customer emails and phone calls with empathy and efficiency.
Use multiple internal systems to manage customer accounts and orders.
Track issues and follow through to resolution—no handing it off and walking away.
Collaborate with your team and other departments to support our field operations.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 1 year of professional, office-based customer service experience (required)
✅ Comfortable handling both phone and email inquiries in a high-volume environment
✅ A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and professional communication
✅ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
✅ Able to work Sunday - Monday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (required)
✅ Stable work history with a track record of commitment and reliability
➕ Bilingual a plus, but not required
