Momar is looking for a new Customer Service Representative I!
Momar, Inc., a privately owned, specialty chemical manufacturing company based in Atlanta GA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Momar family. Reporting to the Resolution Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting both internal and external customers with orders via telephone and email.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for general inquires regarding orders and products
- Manage the shipping and routing of orders with freight carriers.
- Accurately process and track orders until delivery. Provide proof of deliveries
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve inquires.
- Responsible for entering, editing, and replacing orders.
- Email Invoices and Process payments
- Respond to emails in the Customer Service Email Workbox
- RMA’s for FedEx and Truckline orders
- Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives
- Complete credit memos and 60 Day Letters
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

This is an in-office position located in Atlanta, Georgia, with shift hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
