EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCER

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experiential Producer located in Denver, CO.

The Experiential Producer will be responsible for leading, coordinating and executing experiential marketing events, engaging with clients to understand their brand objectives, and implementing creative strategies to bring those objectives to life.

You are creative by nature and yet you pay great attention to detail. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help on any project and you have a sense of urgency that gets things done. You will work with senior leadership and manage vendors in creation and implementation of experiential marketing programs that span multiple disciplines, including print, custom fabrication, installation, strategy, brand building, and more.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as a strategic leader for projects, managing communications, plans, creative, budgets, and timing.
• Track all aspects of the project and keep internal and external teams up-to-date on progress.
• Manage third-party vendors through the entire project lifecycle.
• Use self-initiative in general office support where many jobs are in progress.
• Create estimates and manage program budgets.
• Travel to clients, vendors, and for execution of live event production.

Qualifications

• 3 years of production/agency experience
• Proven track record of successful event planning, production, and execution
• Creative problem solver
• A strong 'self-starter' mentality and sense of responsibility
• Excellent project management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead in a team setting
• Knowledge of experiential marketing trends and best practices
• Acute attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
• Ability to lift/move a minimum of 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for an extended period during events
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
