Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative – Canada League & Key Accounts is responsible for managing and building relationships with assigned customer accounts across Canada, focusing on inbound and outbound calls. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes Other Duties As Required)
- Manage and nurture relationships with Canadian accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Primarily focused on League, retail, & private label-based customers in Canada.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions.
- Organize and lead cross functional & external vendor partner(s) sales project set up and activation to deliver revenue objectives for League, retail, & private label accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through implementation of strategic sales plan via outbound & inbound calls and engagement in promotional activities.
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails, offering comprehensive support.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within existing accounts across Canada.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Momentec Brands’ product lines to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Develop and create compelling presentation proposals that showcase our value propositions.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheet trackers to ensure league sales activation details can be tracked and communicated internally and externally with proper stakeholders.
- Be fully cross trained with traditional B2B dealer account day to day Inside Sales & Field Sales initiatives on day-to-day sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and ensure consistent customer experiences.
- Track and analyze customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to address market trends and customer needs.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to align with company goals.
- Support the culture and spirit of the company with every action taken daily with internal colleagues and external customers.

- Proven sales experience, preferably in account management or customer engagement roles.
- Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality.
- Self-motivated and results oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written, tailored to Canadian customers.
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Familiarity with project management workflows and organizational strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities independently or part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the sportswear or apparel industry is preferred but not required.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the Canadian market.

- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while using a computer and phone for communication and data entry.
