Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative – Canada League & Key Accounts is responsible for managing and building relationships with assigned customer accounts across Canada, focusing on inbound and outbound calls. This role drives revenue growth and market share for Momentec Brands by engaging customers and promoting the company's extensive portfolio of sportswear products. With a strong emphasis on customer service and collaboration, the Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty while achieving sales targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes Other Duties As Required)

  • Manage and nurture relationships with Canadian accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Primarily focused on League, retail, & private label-based customers in Canada.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions.
  • Organize and lead cross functional & external vendor partner(s) sales project set up and activation to deliver revenue objectives for League, retail, & private label accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through implementation of strategic sales plan via outbound & inbound calls and engagement in promotional activities.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails, offering comprehensive support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within existing accounts across Canada.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Momentec Brands’ product lines to educate customers on features and benefits.
  • Develop and create compelling presentation proposals that showcase our value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheet trackers to ensure league sales activation details can be tracked and communicated internally and externally with proper stakeholders.
  • Be fully cross trained with traditional B2B dealer account day to day Inside Sales & Field Sales initiatives on day-to-day sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and ensure consistent customer experiences.
  • Track and analyze customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to address market trends and customer needs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to align with company goals.
  • Support the culture and spirit of the company with every action taken daily with internal colleagues and external customers.

Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses & Certifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in account management or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written, tailored to Canadian customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Familiarity with project management workflows and organizational strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities independently or part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with the sportswear or apparel industry is preferred but not required.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the Canadian market.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while using a computer and phone for communication and data entry.

  • Clear speech and hearing ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues via phone and in person.
  • Good vision for reading and interpreting data, reports, computer screens, and color.
  • Ability to navigate around the office as needed.
  • Primarily works in office setting; may occasionally require travel for in person meetings.
  • Occasionally, be able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to endure occasional movement bending, stooping, and reaching above shoulder level as needed for daily tasks.
  • Occasionally climb stairs to multi-level work site.
