JOB SUMMARY
The Street Team Member will serve as the face of the brand, representing our mission, values, and offerings at community events and activations. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for health and fitness, strong interpersonal skills, and a talent for engaging with diverse audiences. The coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all aspects of event presence, including educating the public about the brand, generating leads, and ensuring seamless setup and takedown of event materials. Success in this role will depend on the ability to stay organized, problem-solve on the fly, and inspire a high-energy team to achieve results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Coordination and Execution
- Planned, organized, and executed community events to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Coordinate event logistics, including securing locations, permits, and vendor partnerships.
- Oversee setup and takedown of event booths, displays, and promotional materials to ensure a professional appearance.
- Brand Representation and Education
- Serve as an ambassador for the brand, educating attendees about our products, services, and mission.
- Engage and interact with event attendees to create a memorable and positive brand experience.
- Lead Generation
- Drive lead collection through on-site interactions, contests, and creative engagement strategies.
- Set and meet monthly lead generation targets, ensuring consistent performance metrics.
- Event Planning and Evaluation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and sponsorships.
- Monitor and analyze event performance, including lead generation and audience engagement metrics.
- Provide post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
- Inventory and Budget Management
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials, SWAG, and event equipment.
- Track and manage event-related expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
- Miscellaneous
- Stay informed about local events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a library of successful event tactics and strategies for team reference.
- Drive to various event locations, ensuring punctuality and readiness for setup and execution.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Passion for health and fitness and the ability to embody the brand’s values.
- Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or brand ambassadorship preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Sales experience is an asset
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to event locations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required
