Job Summary :
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Functional) with experience in the pharmaceutical industry , Salesforce CRM , and Veeva Flow . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test scripting and training organization .
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM and Veeva .
- Work with stakeholders to improve system workflows and functionalities.
- Create and execute test scripts , conduct UAT , and ensure system quality.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and industry standards.
