The Senior Pega Architect role requires an experienced and highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in Pega technology, with ability to lead and shape our client organization's strategic initiatives. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions using Pega Infinity.
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Pega technology, including hands-on development and architecture.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform and Pega Infinity.
- Strong understanding of Pega application design, case management, and decisioning.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and containerization.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Successfully led large-scale Pega implementations.
- Designed and delivered complex Pega solutions.
- Contributed to the growth and maturity of Pega practices within an organization.
- Pega Architect Certifications such as Pega Certified Senior System Architect and/or Certified Pega Business Architect is a big PLUS.
What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)
- Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership to drive Pega technology adoption across the enterprise. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Solution Design: Architect end-to-end Pega solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration aspects.
- Technical Governance: Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Project Oversight: Lead and oversee Pega projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering their growth in Pega technology.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to Pega implementations.
