Job Title : Sr Scrum Master LIMS & GxP Applications
Location : Raritan NJ (Hybrid)

Nice to have
- Prefer to have experience with RTE or as a RTE (Release Train Engineering). That is highly preferred
- Pharmaceutical Experience is preferred specifically exp with LIMS and GxP applications
Qualifications
A minimum of a 5 years of scrum master experience in fastpaced delivery environments required.Experience in a health care environment (Consumer Pharma Medical Devices) is preferredAt least one year experience with Agile Development techniques (Scrum XP Kanban etc.) is required.Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master is required.BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.Excellent organization planning and communication skills.Proven experience working with and driving performance of crossfunctional teams (i.e. development product management production QA etc.).A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Prior experience with Jira and Confluence / HipChatExperience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in for a software development team in a GxP environment that was diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory is requiredGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparencyGxP software implementation is requiredKnowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example : numerous Burndown techniques numerous Retrospective formats handling bugs etc.)Previous of SDLC documentation experience is requiredNeed to be a strong scrum master with exp in the pharma industry and in a gxp environment.Must have exp with agile / safe 5 / 6 RTE (release train engineering) waterfall and has no issues jumping in if needed to help the team in a handson wayMust be consistent with doing the daily scrum tasks / ceremonies / sprintsExp with MS project and Jira is neededExp with salesforce is highly preferred especially in a pharma environment while also having exp with RTEThanks
