Title : Sr. Software Engineer
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 12 months
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with Agile to design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in internal and external tech communities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that enhance the experiences of key partners in the transportation and logistics domain.
- Leverage tools and technologies such as Golang, React, Python, SQL, Node.js, open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Primary Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience not included). - At least 2 years of experience in Agile practices. - Hands-on experience with XP Practices (e.g., ATDD / TDD, Pairing, Mobbing). Preferred Skills and Qualifications : - 5 years of experience working with at least two modern programming languages, such as Python, Java, Golang, .NET, Scala, or Node.js. - 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies. - 3 years of experience working with open-source frameworks. - 1 years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent services.
