Job Title- Sr. Scrum Master
Location- Onsite- Hartford, CT
Duration- 12 months
Job Description-
The selected candidate should have the following skills:
Certified scrum master with overall 10 years of experience and minimum 5 years of experience as scrum master
Ability to handle 2 to 3 teams in parallel and prioritize work among them
Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
Knowledge about Insurance domain
Prior experience in moving on prem to AWS cloud migration
Prior SQL knowledge to have custom metrics from Rally and arrive at dashboard.
Extensive work experience in Rally Agile Central Tool.
Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
Work with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
