POSITION SUMMARY
Momentous is seeking a talented and visionary Graphic Designer to elevate our brand through innovative, high-quality design.
As a key member of the brand creative team, you will be responsible for leading and executing visually compelling designs across all channels (web, social, email, blog, podcast, influencer/affiliate, paid media) and formats (digital, video, print), ensuring a consistent and impactful brand identity aligned with our mission to inspire health and wellness. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong portfolio, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
You will be a pivotal part of our Content Team, working closely with other creatives/copywriters and reporting to the Director of Creative & Content, while also collaborating with our Ecommerce team and Growth/Partnerships team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Design & Execution
- Design engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and social media.
- Create and refine assets for website design, email campaigns, digital ads, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute designs that communicate product benefits, highlight brand storytelling and align with brand guidelines.
Brand Identity Development
- Lead the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design and implement templates, guidelines, and standards for internal and external use.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance brand storytelling through compelling visuals.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather input, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment on creative deliverables.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Research competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities for differentiation and creative innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital campaigns, packaging, and print.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and/or web design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and processes.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
