The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of service-oriented marketing, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Campaign Management :

Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, and traditional media.

Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters to ensure consistency and quality.

Brand Development :

Strengthen the company’s brand identity and ensure alignment across all touchpoints.

Develop unique value propositions to differentiate services in the market.

Performance Analysis :

Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness through KPIs such as ROI, customer engagement, and lead conversion rates.

Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Team Leadership :

Foster a collaborative environment with sales and operations teams to drive business objectives.

Budget Management :

Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience :

5 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in the service industry.

Proven track record in developing successful service-based marketing campaigns.

Experience managing teams and budgets.

Must have Service Titan experience as well as experience in the service industry.

Skills :

Strong understanding of customer behavior and service-oriented marketing tactics.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO / SEM platforms).

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day marketing operations.

Creativity to develop innovative campaigns tailored to the service industry.
