Momentum Behavior Services is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to join our team at our Rochester, MN center. The client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their families from initial contact through ongoing service delivery. This position involves coordinating client intake processes, managing client relationships, and supporting administrative operations to enhance client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Momentum Behavior Services (MBS) provides high-quality, evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will be working closely with a team of professionals in order to implement interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach used to assess the relationship between behaviors and the environment while designing methods to change socially significant behaviors in order to improve people’s lives. These methods can be used to decrease non-adaptive behaviors, increase adaptive behaviors, and teach new skills. Our Behavior Technician team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
Responsibilities:
Client Intake and Onboarding:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and families
- Conduct initial consultations and guide clients through the intake process, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure a smooth transition into services
Ongoing Client Support:
- Engage in regular contact with clients to address questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement
- Maintain annual consent documentation and ensure the return of all documentation
Administrative Duties:
- Manage client records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with privacy and regulatory requirements
- Assist in billing and insurance-related tasks, helping clients understand their benefits and financial responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and communications between clients and clinical staff as needed
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with BCBAS, therapists, and other team members to ensure cohesive service delivery
- Participate in team meetings to update on client feedback and discuss ways to enhance client experience
Quality Improvement:
- Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve client services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in client services, healthcare, or a related field, preferably within an ABA or behavioral health setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with electronic medical record systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
