Responsibilities
Client-Focused Delivery
- Analytical Expertise: Provide ongoing analytical and technical support and guidance to our internal teams (and as a result, our clients), helping them to optimize our tools, leverage our vast data, and analytics platform.
- Scaled, Automated Reporting: Own creating and maintaining ongoing automated reporting to support our internal teams.
- Client Engagement: Support the sales team by engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can solve their challenges.
- Analytical Storytelling: Leverage our best-in-class data assets and an understanding of a prospect's business goals in order to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and solutions teams to develop proposals, including technical solutions, analytical insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Tool Productionalization: Work closely with the software development team to refine and scale tools that have been successfully piloted or proven in client engagements.
- Technical Documentation: Create detailed architectural and technical documentation to guide both internal teams and client stakeholders in the use and deployment of our solutions.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or equivalent field. Bonus if it's within the retail analytics or marketing analytics industry!
- Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales Acumen: Experience working in pre-sales environments, helping to drive deals by translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, client services, and software development teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.

- $70-90k base 10% target bonus
