The Role
At Momentum Commerce, we supercharge some of the world's largest brands on the biggest marketplaces through data and analytics. To ensure that we can deliver those insights at scale and continue to innovate our product offering, we're looking for a Product Manager II who can lead our product development lifecycle from ideation, through development, go-to-market, and into maintainability. Our Product Manager will report to our Head of Technology and have responsibilities including:
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
- Partner directly with software engineers and data scientists to guide and facilitate product development from conception to launch.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Support the improvement of our software development lifecycle processes, ensuring they are unlocking efficiencies and enabling speed-to-market for our products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can influence product functionality and competitiveness.
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of technical product management experience. Experience in the mar-tech or retail analytics sector is a huge plus!
- Strong understanding of software development and data analysis processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Experience in agile methodologies and managing projects across multiple teams leveraging common tools such as Jira
