Programmatic Analyst

Hybrid Position based out of our Boston, MA or NYC Office Locations


Join our Media team as a Programmatic Analyst, playing a key role in driving client success by strategically planning and executing programmatic media campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful results, and contributing to our vibrant company culture.


Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile:

  • 1 year of experience in programmatic advertising, DSPs (e.g., Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360)
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Excels at creating and delivering data-driven insights through compelling presentations
  • Proactive and meticulous self-starter with a strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality results. Known for exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and excellence in every aspect of work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and composure
  • Customer-obsessed with a strong desire to work collaboratively with clients to exceed goals
  • Thrives in a team-oriented, cooperative, and supportive environment


Responsibilities:

  • Programmatic Campaign Management: Execute and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns to meet performance goals, including media buying, inventory management, and ad placements.
  • Client Reporting and Growth Opportunities: Own reporting for a portfolio of accounts, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities to drive growth and exceed client KPIs.
  • Technology and Platform Expertise: Become a super user of Momentum Commerce’s proprietary technology and industry-leading DSPs, ensuring campaigns leverage advanced features and insights.
  • Amazon DSP Expertise: Stay ahead of Amazon's innovations, guide clients through adoption of new programmatic capabilities, and share knowledge across the team.
  • Team Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor peers by sharing best practices, fostering a positive team dynamic, and driving innovation in programmatic strategies.


Role Requirements:

  • Hybrid opportunity in Boston or NYC


Momentum Commerce Offers:

  • $60-70k base 10% target bonus

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
