Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Provide information about park attractions, safety rules, and procedures.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise trampoline courts and other attractions to ensure guests are following safety rules.
- Provide safety instructions and demonstrations as needed.
- Respond to and manage any incidents or injuries according to park protocols.
- Assist with the daily setup and breakdown of equipment and attractions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the park, including common areas, restrooms, and party rooms.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management.
- Support the coordination and execution of birthday parties and group events.
- Assist party hosts with setup, serving, and cleanup duties.
- Engage with guests during events to ensure a positive experience.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to achieve park goals.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Support team members in various roles as needed to maintain smooth park operations.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Promote and sell park memberships, merchandise, and special offers.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
