Position : Permanent MD / DO - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Location : Saginaw, Michigan
Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or functional limitations due to injury, illness, or congenital conditions.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to improve patients physical functioning and quality of life.
Conduct physical examinations and assessments to determine patient needs and progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care.
Provide patient education on rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications :
Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Valid Michigan medical license.
Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex rehabilitation cases.
