Position : Locum MD / DO Radiologist
Location : Houston, Texas
Key Responsibilities :
Review and interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms.
Provide accurate, timely, and detailed reports for each study, ensuring quality patient care.
Consult with referring physicians to discuss results, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Assist with interventional procedures, if applicable, such as biopsies or injections.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and care coordination.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards in diagnostic imaging.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications :
MD / DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Radiology.
Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
Proficiency in interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with physicians, patients, and staff.
Experience in a hospital or outpatient radiology setting preferred.
