Job Summary: Custodian will assist in keeping working areas clean, sanitized and organized. Will perform an assortment of both heavy cleaning duties as well as day to day tasks to assist in the overall appearance and cleanliness of buildings.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Upkeep of restroomsCleaning of office, production, and breakroom areasRemoval of recycling, waste from our process of recycling and removal of trashCleaning windows and other glass surfacesCleaning and mopping floorsAdditional duties including, sidewalk maintenance (snow/grass), lawn and driveway care, other facility related tasksMinor repairs on tools for your work and other items not related to your job if needed.Always maintain communication for those affected in your present work area.Day to Day coverage of all areas and sites as required.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education equivalent to: High School Diploma or GEDExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-taskHighly responsible & reliable and able to manage confidential informationAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to be professional and courteous at all timesMust have driver?s license and reliable vehicle.Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment ?
