POSITION SUMMARY : The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing personnel in the safe, efficient, and effective maintenance of company assets, emphasizing reliability, customer satisfaction and business plan execution for achievement of company goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensures compliance with Company standards, procedures, and practices.
- Responsible for administration of the personnel management functions of subordinate staff to include recruitment, orientation, training, evaluation, scheduling, and termination.
- Ensures that scheduled system repairs and maintenance are coordinated with ETX departments, customers, and all affected parties to minimize the effect of the down time.
- Shall develop and maintain detailed preventative maintenance plan for all facility equipment. The plan shall meet or exceed manufacturer recommendations. The preventative maintenance tasks shall be placed and maintained within the computer-based maintenance software program Maximo.
- Managing the daily and periodic administrative task(s) essential to maintenance of the facilities.
- Coordinates with the ETX Area Manager and Momentum’s Engineering and Construction department to provide input and assistance during the planning, design, construction, and start-up phases of new facilities.
- Prepares annual maintenance budget as well as periodic updates, forecasts, and explanations for variances.
- Assures that Safety and Environmental is very prominent in the ETX operations and maintenance environment through demonstration and enforcement of all ETX safety and environmental standards. This would include an active role in safety meetings.
- Responsible for the safety and regulatory compliance of maintenance activities and responding to abnormal operations and maintenance incidents.
- Consolidates data and prepares weekly and monthly activity reports as requested.
- Required to interface with equipment vendors and Engineering & Operations personnel to ensure proper design and installation of equipment.
- Required to perform inspection of equipment during construction of facilities to ensure proper equipment installation.
- Required to attend all PSSR walkthroughs on new compression equipment with Construction and Safety department. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed. And 2 of 4 V.P. level signatures are required before asset is put into service.
- Required to be On-call 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
- Perform special projects and job-related duties as assigned.
- Shall establish and maintain effective working relationships with company managers, coworkers, clients, contractors, vendors, and the public.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, including the ability to recognize situations in which confidentiality is required.
- Performs other job-related duties as requested or required.
COMPETENCIES :
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable under company’s vehicle insurance policy. Must pass pre-employment background check.
