POSITION SUMMARY: Employee in this position will be responsible for the daily supervision of all plant operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directly supervises the daily operations of the plant including scheduling of personnel to ensure required manpower is available to operate all facilities.
2. Assists in the preparation of detailed efficiency studies and analyzes operations to conceptualize needs and determine requirements for facilities, equipment, and operating personnel.
3. Assists and coordinates with the Director of Field Operations, Momentum Vice President of Operations, and the Momentum Engineering & Construction Departments to provide input and assistance during the planning, design, construction, and start-up phases of new facilities.
4. Prepares annual operating and maintenance budget, as well as provides periodic updates and forecasts.
5. Maintains professional and high-level contact with customers and management.
6. Assures that operations adhere to all Federal, State and Local regulations and codes.
7. Assures that Safety and Environmental is very prominent in the company operations environment through demonstration and enforcement of all company Safety and Environmental standards. This would include an active role in Safety Meetings and Tailgate sessions.
8. Communicates clearly and effectively on all operations to all affected parties on any operational incident that may impact throughput at the plant.
9. Responsible for understanding and complying with contractual obligations to ensure that such targets are met, properly tracked, and reported.
10. Consolidates data and prepares weekly and monthly activity reports as requested.
11. Responsible for administration of the personnel management functions of subordinate staff, to include recruitment, orientation, training, evaluation, scheduling, and termination.

12. Will be on On-Call 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.
13. Performs special projects and other job-related duties as assigned.
14. Shall establish and maintain effective working relationships with company managers, coworkers, clients, contractors, vendors, and the public.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology or a closely related field. An appropriate level of relevant and applicable work experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
• Must have at least ten (10) years of extensive experience with increasing responsibility in the operation and maintenance of natural gas processing, natural gas treating, NGL fractionation, or refinery operations.
• Must have working knowledge of all Federal, State and Local Environmental and Safety laws including DOT, RMP, PSM and Air Quality permits.
• Must have computer skills including Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Must be willing to assist others, learn new skills, and participate in a productive team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge and ability to completely train operations personnel in all phases of facility operations including Safety and Environmental.
• Ability to effectively delegate duties to increase effectiveness of the facility Operations
