Integrative Healthcare Partners (IHP) is a growing multidisciplinary clinic- chiropractic, physical therapy, functional medicine, integrative medicine, and lab services all under one roof. No experience is required; all training will be provided. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Approximately 20 hours per week, though this can vary a bit, and could potentially increase. Current estimated need is Monday-Friday.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in helping our physical therapists provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
- Monitor, provide support and encouragement to patients during exercises and activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Ability to provide basic patient care, including assisting with transfers and ambulation
- Possess strong communication and listening skills, as well as attention to detail
- Strong ability to take direction and work independently. Adept at multi-tasking and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have dependable transportation
- Maintains a clean, professional image
