Job Description:
Momentum Property Management Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role involves
handling business formations, managing official documents, and ensuring smooth administrative
functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Formation: Assist in registering new companies with the Wyoming Secretary
of State.
Document Processing: Submit necessary paperwork to the Secretary of State on
behalf of clients and internal teams.
Mail Management: Receive, scan, and forward client mail in a timely and organized
manner.
Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks, assist with special projects, and
support staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in office management, business formation, or legal document
processing preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and
confidentiality.
Proficiency in email, scanning software, and general office tools.
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar)
preferred.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
