As a Momentum Lux Agent, You Will :

  • Diligently Follow Up on Leads : Maximize every opportunity with consistent lead engagement.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships : Understand buyers’ and sellers’ needs to create long-term success.
  • Conduct Expert Consultations : Guide clients through buying and selling decisions with confidence.
  • Showcase Listings : Host open houses and present properties to attract the right buyers.
  • Manage Seamless Transactions : Ensure smooth, efficient closings for all parties involved.
  • Expand Your Business : Leverage your skills and resources to grow your pipeline and maximize earnings.

  • What You Need to Succeed :

  • Active Real Estate License (Required)
  • Minimum of 5 average closed transactions per year
