Our onboarding process is designed for rapid success. During your first five days, you’ll dive into lead nurturing, advanced buyer / seller presentations, and transaction expertise, ensuring you're fully prepared to hit the ground running.
Who We’re Looking For :
We’re seeking licensed real estate professionals who close at least 5 transactions per year and are eager to scale their success.
The ideal candidate will have :
- A passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate residential transactions
- Expertise in preparing purchase agreements and listing contracts
- Strong skills in property valuation and market analysis
- Exceptional client service and communication abilities
- A commitment to maintaining CRM systems and partner platforms, including Zillow
