Inside Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Required
- Experience: Heavy equipment experience or rental preferred.
- Special Qualifications: Problem Solving Analysis, Customer/Client Focus, Results Driven, Flexibility
- Hours: MOnday- Friday 7 am - 5 pm with a rotating on-call schedule.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
- Establishing new rental and sales accounts by providing exceptional customer service to call in andwalk in customers.
- Processing rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company policies.
- Maintaining a sufficiently stocked, presentable, and clean showroom.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with all inside and outside branch staff.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with co-workers working collaboratively together.
- Coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and returns with the branch dispatcher.
- Learn accurate use of Momentum’s software for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management.
- Availability to be on call on an assigned basis.
- Monitoring branch inventory levels and ordering needed supplies.
- Daily store management and upkeep.
- Industry customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitors pricing.
- Penetrate customer at the strategic level to diversify customer base to include industrial.
- Other duties as assigned.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
- Maintain a sufficiently stocked, presentable and clean warehouse and showroom.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all inside and outside branch staff.
- Assist with warehouse operations to include stocking, keeping the warehouse areas clean and neat, keep all shelves free of dust, and keep floors swept.
- Pull orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with store transfers and cycle counts.
