We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Roofing Sales Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our Roofing Division, educating homeowners on their roofing needs, closing sales, and managing solar installations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead educational presentations with homeowners, clearly explaining roofing options and solar benefits during one-sit sales appointments.
- Build strong rapport with customers, overcoming objections with professionalism and patience.
- Prepare accurate, detailed proposals and estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation.
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and other project documents.
- Manage roofing projects from the sales phase through to successful installation, ensuring top-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a sales or project management role, preferably in roofing, solar, or a similar industry.
- Proven ability to close sales with strong, consultative selling techniques.
- Comfort with reading and understanding construction blueprints and project management processes.
- Weekend availability and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
