We are looking for an organized detail-oriented service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions reports and repairs.
The service manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service developing lasting customer relationships and managing the service team members. The service manager maintains a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.
You should also have the ability to develop and maintain strong positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:
Oversee Market Service teams
Work with the Service Electrician staff to help coordinate scheduling
Oversees repairs of complex electrical control wiring and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint.
Attend training sessions on new products installation methodology and safety.
Requirements:
4 years electrical experience residential preferred
Solar Experience (preferred)
Able to manage up to 15 people on a daily basis
Able to read electrical schematics
Must have good communication skills verbally and through email
Must be able to evaluate electrical work through photos to make sure work is done properly
Proficient in Microsoft Suite 360 Momentum Solar is an Equal Opportunity
