**Work Schedule is Monday through Friday 9AM-5:30PM. Bilingual candidates & RADT certified candidates encouraged to apply. Bi-Lingual Pay - One hundred twenty-five dollars per paycheck for threshold languages to serve our monolingual clients**
Pay rates for Union positions are set in the Collective Bargaining Agreement with SEIU Local 521. Each position has a total of six steps, Step 1 (entry level) through Step 6 (15 years of employment with the organization). Union staff are promoted from Step 1 to Step 2 upon their one-year anniversary. The current Step 1 rate for this position is $30.38/hr, and the current Step 6 rate for this position is $33.55/hr.
** In addition to our competitive salaries, we pay a shift differential for certain shifts in our 24-hour programs as follows: (Only 1 differential -whichever is highest will apply at a time).
• 6% additional pay for overnight (NOC) shift from 11 pm to 7 am
• 4.5% additional pay for evening shift from 5:30 pm to 10:59 pm
• 4.5% additional pay for weekend shifts from 12:01 am on Saturday thru 11:59pm on Sunday

The Admissions and Residential AOD Coordinator is a hybrid position. The Admissions Coordinator is the clients’ first point of contact with the agency, meeting with them to complete initial paperwork and making a positive impression as they enter the program. This position also manages the agency Electronic Health Record (EHR), enters data into the county’s EHR, and submits Drug Medi-Cal billing information to the county. The Residential AOD Coordinator oversees the safety and well-being of the clients and their children, providing supervision on house rules, chores, mother-child interactions, client-to-client interactions, and scheduled activities. Rehabilitation and role-modeling are critical to the mission of the agency; providing privacy and safety for clients to participate successfully in the program is required of all staff member
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete intake process (including Admission Agreement and paperwork, Client Intake Assessment, Benefits Verification, Admission Summary, and VI-SPDAT); coordinate admittance details; communicate with referral sources.*
- Schedule new client admissions received through the Gateway referral service and the Social Services Agency, hospitals, and direct referrals.
- Admit new clients, which includes legal consents, client demographics, and consent to treatment.*
- Provide clients with a general overview of house rules.*
- Update client census form as needed.
- Submit Open Capacity Report to the county daily.*
- Enter data into Parisi House EHR and UniCare databases in compliance with DMC and county requirements.*
- Submit monthly reports to the county.*
- Update and edit program-related forms.*
- Attend required county meetings.*
- Provide regularly scheduled and emergency transportation for clients and their children in the agency-owned van.*
- Enter information into the daily log, including descriptions of any incidents, altercations, mother-child interactions, or medication discrepancies.*
- Monitor and assist clients’ positive parenting activities, providing crisis intervention as needed.*
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of clients and their children, including regular rounds, chores completed at scheduled times, attending scheduled groups, and ensuring proper supervision and safety of all clients and children.*
- Provide clients with access to their medications at the assigned times.*
- Search bags and packages and conduct wand searches of clients’ and children’s bodies when returning from trips offsite.*
- Conduct scheduled and random urine and oral drug testing.*
- Inventory prescribed client medications daily.
- Assist clients with chore assignments and other client-managed activities.
- Conduct weekly inventories of food, OTC medicine, supplies.*
- Communicate thorough shift exchange with incoming staff, including client updates and pending to-dos for the shift.*
- Conduct fire and safety check weekly.*
- Submit maintenance requests as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: (E = Essential; D = Desired)
- High school diploma or GED. (E)
- Two years of responsible, full-time experience in a secretarial or clerical capacity. (E)
- Working knowledge of common computer software programs including MS Office. (E)
- Must exhibit professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, and reliability. (E)

- Sensitivity to female privacy interests and prior domestic abuse. (E)
