Enterprise Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the enterprise. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with company goals—from inception to completion—while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.

Location & Work Authorization

Hybrid | Sandy Springs, GA – This role requires in-office collaboration. Relocation is not available at this time.

As An Enterprise Program Manager, You Will

• Drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee project scope, priorities, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed to address risks or changes.
• Ensure resource allocation and workload distribution align with project requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability in project delivery.
• Streamline workflows to improve team collaboration and productivity.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
• Continuously assess potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders with clear status reports and actionable insights.
• Maintain thorough documentation of status and progress consistently.
• Facilitate collaboration across product, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
