Registered Nurse - Med Surg Unit

**Job Details:**

This 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to work nights on our 5N Med Surg unit at Mon Health Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in med-surg or oncology nursing and possess strong critical thinking and communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.

**Requirements:**

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 1.5-2 years of experience in med-surg or oncology nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred.

**What You'll Need to Know:**

• Schedule: Nights, 7p-7:30a, weekdays, every other weekend.
• Ratios: 1:5-6.
• Skills required: IV start.
