5S MedSurg RN
3x12 Days 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm, weekdays, weekends
Facility will consider 3x12 or 4x12 - candidate preference.
Start date : ASAP
Contract length : 13 weeks
Possible extension : Yes
Ratios : 1 : 5-7
Experience required : 2 years
Travel experience : Not required
Blocked Schedule : unit cannot guarantee requests, but will try to work with travelers as best as possible

2 years of experience required
RN License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date)
A COPY OF ALL REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE SUBMITTAL PACKET.
