The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) shall provide compassionate, comprehensive management of our Heart & Vascular patients according to privileges approved by the Medical Staff Office and established clinical protocols in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.The APP has responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of care through supervision by and collaboration with a physician.The Advanced Practice Provider manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgement, communication and collaboration with all team members.The APP establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.The APP shall work under the supervision of a physician.
