JOB SUMMARY
With a patient-centered culture, the Clinical Assistant will provide a positive experience to the communities we serve through direct and indirect total nursing care of the patient.
Education :
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Experience/Physical Requirements :
Demonstrated proficiency with administering a variety of routine patient care procedures acquired through on-the-job training. Computer literacy and familiarity with medical terminology preferred. Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.
- Basic Life SupportMust possess current BLS certification within probationary period, which is renewed every two years.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning: Develops the steps necessary to accomplish goals and establishes realistic plans to reach them. These steps include allocating required resources, planning for contingencies and setting milestones to measure progress. Safety: Understands every safety practice expected by Mon Health. Engages in practices that decrease the risk of accidents, injuries or equipment failures.
