Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to join our team at Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. As a member of our hospitalist service, you will provide high-quality patient care to the communities of Lewis, Gilmer, Braxton, and Upshur counties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective emergency care and hospitalist services in the Emergency and Inpatient Departments.
- Resuscitate or stabilize patients, refer them to the appropriate medical departments for further evaluation, and provide comprehensive clinical care in the inpatient setting.
- Follow and direct evidenced-based practices as established within the Hospital service line.
- Collaborate and coordinate individual treatment plans with the clinical team to ensure an appropriate continuum of care.
Requirements:
- Completed approved Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy residency program in a specialty such as Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Surgery, or Anesthesiology resulting in board eligibility or certification.
- Licensed as a physician to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia.
- Member in good standing of the Medical Staff of Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
- Credentialed and privileged to work in emergency medicine at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
- Hold valid DEA certificate without restrictions.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current ATLS certification, if not American Board of Emergency Medicine Certified.
- ACLS and PALS required.
- NRP recommended.
