Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital is a 70-bed general medical and surgical hospital, joined Mon Health in October 2017.
This physician will provide quality patient care to communities in Lewis, Gilmer, Braxton, and Upshur counties. With the support of our flagship hospital in Morgantown and its dedicated team, you can thrive in a beautiful state with diverse outdoor activities year-round.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is committed to following evidence-based practices within the Orthopedic and Surgery service line.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individual treatment plans and ensure continuum of care
Requirements:
- Completed approved Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) residency program in orthopedics, resulting in board eligibility and certification
- Licensed as a physician to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia
- Hold valid DEA certificate without restrictions
- Excellent interpersonal skills required
- Computer literate with typing skills and ability to utilize electronic health record software programs
