Minimum Education Requirement : Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified or board eligible in vascular surgery.
Minimum Experience Requirement : Experience in group practice and / or hospital setting preferred.
Minimum License Requirement : Current West Virginia licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to Mon Health's section of Heart and Vascular and Surgery Services.
