Mona Lisa's Restaurant is now accepting applications for a culinary team members to work with a the support of a dedicated hands on owner/manager. We are seeking to bring additional talented and passionate individuals to join our team. Seeking professionally trained persons to entry level persons interested in a culinary position.
Mona Lisa's Restaurant has been in operation and actively involved in the community for 29 years. The food is rooted in Mediterranean cuisine.

Candidates qualifications may include but not limited to:
- Passion for food, creativity, and community.
- High proficiency saute skills, grill stations, pizza, salad stations.
- Hardworking, professional, task orientated.
- Ability to produce consistent results with speed and proficiency.
- Ability to communicate detailed instructions.
Position may include but not limited to:
- Leadership skills.
- Line and prep cook
- Menu development.
- Train on all stations.
- Menu development: we strive for an ever changing menu with high quality seasonal ingredients.
- Execute menu for private events. Sit down dinners max 50. Cocktail parties 80.
- Assisant ; baking, pasta making, bulk prep, sauces, breaking down fish, beef, poultry.
