Mona Real Estate Inc. is a family-run commercial real estate company managing five separate entities. We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our operations.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and understands multi-entity bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage financial records across multiple entities
- Enter bills, categorize transactions, and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online
- All bank accounts are linked to QuickBooks Online for streamlined transaction matching
- Track and process property tax payments, insurance premiums, and loan obligations
- Support monthly reporting and annual financial prep for tax filings
- Maintain clear digital records and ensure accurate classification across entities
- Communicate regularly with the owner and property management to stay current on needs
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
