What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage electrical staff on-site
- Follow NEC & NFPA70E codes while maintaining a safe work environment
- Install conduit, cable, instrumentation and industrial power equipment
- Train and mentor apprentices to build a strong team
What You Bring to the Table:
- Wyoming Journeyman License
- Proven experience leading crews in an industrial setting
- Ability to develop material lists and manage stock
- OSHA 10, PEC Safeland, and equipment certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
