Monadnock Developmental Services is an area agency within the state of New Hampshire. We work with and support people who have developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. Here at MDS we work towards inclusion, participation, and mutual relationships for all people who are at risk of isolation from the community.
Job Coaches/Vocational Trainers support individuals with developmental disabilities at their place of employment within the Monadnock region. Job coaches aim to assist people in realizing their full potential. As a job coach, you will help individuals learn and perform skills needed for the job at hand, as well as provide guidance or cue certain tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
- Teaching and assisting individuals with tasks (as needed)
- Problem solving
- Organizing workflows
- Mentoring
- Providing transportation (as needed)
Positions are:
Part time
Monday-Friday, between 15-35 hours a week.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Able to pass criminal background, driving, and BEAS checks
$750.00 Sign on Bonus!!
