What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Outpatient Clinician position at Monadnock Family Services?
Description
The Adult Outpatient Clinician plans, coordinates, provides and monitors therapeutic, rehabilitative, support and community integration services for adults with severe psychiatric disability designed to assist these individuals to integrate as independently and fully as possible into the life of the community. Performs Adult Bio-psychosocial Assessment and Eligibility Determination for intake into Community Services Program services and provided supervision to case managers.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, psychosocial rehabilitation or related human services field, and is Eligible for NH license (LCMHC, LICSW); and third party reimbursement.
- Experience in community based psychosocial rehabilitation treatment or Case Management services
- Life experiences may substitute for the experience requirement
