If so, we may have the right position for you! Our co-op is currently looking for a Wellness Supervisor for our busy customer service focused Wellness Department.
In this position you will oversee the operations of our Wellness department (supplements, herbs, health and beauty aids). We are looking for someone with experience in supervision, training, scheduling, ordering, and inventory management. Candidates must have knowledge of wellness products and possess excellent customer service skills. Herbal certification is a plus! Intermediate to advanced computer skills for ordering and working with vendors are required. Candidates must be comfortable using varied computer programs and platforms.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Department manager(s) by overseeing the operations of the Wellness Department to ensure that the department staff is trained, the department is stocked, and the products (supplements, herbs, health and beauty aids) are promoted to meet objectives for sales, margin, inventory turns, labor and customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday. Applicants must be available for this schedule in order to be considered.
Pay Range: Begins at $19.72 with additional compensation for experience
